Just love how mike looked out into the audience raising his hand chucking a paper plane heading off the stage bashing the cymbal lmao like a school boy
This is fantastic, but I like the Knebworth version of the song better. It took me a month to even begin to figure out how to play this song on keyboards, but it was worth it for such a fantastic tune, although it's rather different from Oldfield's usual stuff.
the beggining reminds me alot of Jean Michele Jarre. And the funky beat is quit off of what to expect from MO, but it has a great melodi and vocals in there.
It is too commercial for Mike, but you can NEVER compare him with YMJ, who I also like, but he is too synthisized. Mike is here too, but this was a one off.
How groovy is that bearded guy dancing with the girls?

Mike Oldfield looks a bit like Mr. Beans more serious brother.

He's an amazing musician but i've always wondered if anyone has seen him smile cause for as long as i've remembered i've never seen him smile.

in fact he "smiled" in the millennium concert, after they made the back count to the 2000.

Do I not recognise this reprise as the triumphal bit of Orchestral Tubular Bells?
