I like both his and Kevin Spacey's, though in different ways and for different reasons. I think it's funny, though, the kind of teasing relationship Lex has given those two, though. I mean, Kevin calling MR "the former Lex Luthor," and MR responding that he played Lex before he got "fat and ugly." Priceless! If you can't joke and tease about such things rather than be rivals over the matter, that'd be sad. Anyway. I think they both are great. :) But MR plays definitely the most identifiable Lex.

I especially love the editing during the beginning when the song says "escape from reality" and Lex closes the door, the way the drums and the cymbals (I think :p) go in perfect sync with the Nemesis bomb, and the whole "Let me go, will not let you go" set to Lex's frantic piano playing. That's from Spell right?

A really fun video, I could definitely watch this over and over again. :) Great job!

It took quite a bit of tinkering to get that "escape from reality" bit. Reversing the scene seemed more appropriate since it's supposed to indicate no escape.

I was wondering how I could visually depict the Devil/Hell waiting to get Lex when I remembered the Nemesis scene.

The piano scenes are indeed from Spell. Even though the lyrics intend to convey that he wants to die, I just had to lighten it a bit and not take it so literally since the first part is so sad and slow.

This totally captures all the best Lex moments on the show, and set to such a fitting song too. :) It goes so smoothly from the broken Lex scenes, then the whole Mamma-Mia goofiness (I laughed out loud during that part) and seguing into the wonderfully evil Lex stuff.

This is the hardest and longest I've worked on a video thus far. The song has some goofy bits in it, so I figured why not put some goofy scenes in there and as you pointed out, they make for a nice segue into the more serious parts.

I couldn't not use Lex on the piano. It's so much a part of his character. It just so happened that the song has some perfect spots where I could use those scenes.

What wonderful feedback, ferdalump. It means a lot to me. The changes in tempo were quite a challenge indeed. I usually don't do fast tempo songs, so this was a new deal. I heard the song for the first time after a very long time and the minute I heard it I could see it being perfect for a Lex video. Once again, thanks for the feedback. :)
