  • there are genes in salmon and carrots that get rid of fat so make salmon for dinner or lunch....if ur a vegiterian just eat more carrots

  • @vonnytanny It does burn it. Calories aren't bad, we need them. So they are good calories. It burns fat because it's high in acid so that burns the fat.

  • This isn't good for your digestion. Your body needs at least 4 hours to fully digest what you ate previously. It boosts your metabolism, yes. And you may lose weight, yes. But in the long run, you will gain it back quicker, and your digestive tract will not be as healthy if you were spacing your meals longer apart.

  • I did the dukan diet lost two stone in two months got down to my happy weight (BMI height ration weight) but ive put on like half a stone since then and im a veggie!!!! To be honest nothing works better than exercise and portion control.

  • @ORENGEcarot Why on Gods green Earth are you eating so much bread??? if you are NOT working out all that carb turns into sugar which if you do not burn off turns into fat! so regardless if you are eating 1800 cals or not your body WILL be storing all that sugar! do your best to substitute your breads for vegetables such as spinnach and brocolli and although i Hate oatmeal you can have that instead of your toast and FRIED eggs! jeez lol

I must say I went on my own diet in the summer and I know diet is a bad word it should be a life style in 10 weeks i lost a little over 23lbs so its not impossible but I really worked out aswell! PS... although my mother HATED when I said this... my cousin told me everytime I have a really bad dessert craving say to myself "nothing tastes as GOOD as skinny FEELS" haha that is probably really bad advice but it worked for me! :)

  • this adds up to 979 calories, your meant to eat no less than 1200. also it is not very varied, it is protein based, anything that is not balanced is dodgy.

  • I am underweight by 0.5 and this was my diet today is it ok for a 13 year old:

    6:00am banana

    10:00am munchbunch drinking yogurt

    13:00pm chicken salad wrap

    4;30pm 4 handfulls of grapes

    7;00pm Fish and salad

    9;00pm drinking yogurt

    ( I am also burning my energy as i am on the school basketball and football team)

  • Shouldn't you adjust that diet depending on your size? I imagine boys and girls need different requirements, and someone 6 feet tall may need different things from someone 4 feet tall.

  • u dont necessarly loose weight in 10days from just eating that if you wanted to loose 10 kilos in 10 days which is verry extreme hard you would have to do atleast 4 hours of exercise per day!

  • remember this, when you do a fast diet to lose a few pounds in a hurry - what you lose in the first week is water from being flushed out

  • fad diets are more harmful in the long run than helpful, just eat healthy balanced meals and drink water to help flush the toxins and other bad stuff from the body's system, and exercise to burn more calories than you eat, losing weight slowly and consistently is better for us and we can keep doing it for a lifetime change to stay healthy :) <<<< my best suggestion for any and all wanting to be healthy :)

  • @GlitterMeltz actually, this video is very true >>this diet is all no carb, no dairy..no fat..so how come you wont lose fat so fast?? its 100% protein and vegtables..and the citruss fruites ( the grapfruite and the orange) can make wonders..dont even change your diet and try eating 1 grapefruite in the mid day for atleast 3 days and you will already notice the difference if not in weight ..then in inches and waist measurment

  • this is simply a ketogenic diet, which is less than 50g carbs a day. DO, NOT, TRY, IT, WITHOUT, MEDICAL, ADVICE, FIRST. it can be dangerous to your kidneys, ALSO most of the weight you lose will be your body having a lack of water, due to no carbs

  • @liacokelat What are your macros? Actually just take in about 50-100 calories more per day of fish, preferably salmon, but meat will do too. Increase that after a week if you don't find your gain quick enough. Spread your meals out evenly in general, but try eating less for dinner if you don't want to gain too much fat. Oh, and take some calcium so you maximize your bone growth potential : )

    Yeah true. I seem to have a metabolism that allows me to eat as much fat food as I wish. I went for 7 days living of takeaway food for meals, no sign of gain. That was around the time I was jobless and sat around the house for most of the day. Not only that, but I had the most disgusting meals. All I did was eat chocolate and potato chips all day.

  • 1)must eat at breakfast, lunch hour and dinner time,do not skip.2)cut half of ur food amount dat u normal take everyday.3)drink water before or after 1 hour u take a meal.4)must eat cold food=veggies/fruits everyday..chew extra nuts.5)if can/possible, try to take a fast every monday and thursday everyweek.6)dont take fast food/stuff dat contain high sugar, salt and additive.7)must sleep at regular time, do not skip.8)it takes time..nothing we want we get easily.9)must committed and enjoy life

And to eat the same foods every single day? You miss out on a lot of vitamins, minerals and other important nutrients like that, diversity is key to maintaining a healthy body.
