thank you Matt for the approval and i would love to discuss this further with you ... in my limited understanding i think this is not necktying the deck ... since i keep the plane of the deck top right in the line of sight of the camera/spectator. if i go beyond this limit i will be neck tying the deck .... i feel that with white border decks this is the right approach.
but i won't be an ass and insist that i m right so please share your thoughts and correct my mistakes.
no i don't have it. if i remember correctly i don't think he uses this kind of second deal ... his is a push off and the take is from the broad side of the deck ...
thanks for the comment... i have given it some thinking and i feel that with white border deck levelling the deck with the eye sight like of the spectator provides good enough shade .... if one goes beyond this levelling i call that neck tying ... do u think i m violating that limit here ?
No, what I'm saying is, you and me, as magicians aspire for perfection. And the only way to achieve that is to perform our tricks(magic) with openness. Your second deal is great, don't worry about my comment!
bang on mate... that is absolutely right.. the pursuit of perfect is above all... i do hope you understand i was not trying to cut your comment ... i desperately need feedback and comments to improve so i started that discussion... thanks again for the comment...
I was so happy you were able to read between the lines. If possible I don.t wanna look like I know everything and that I don't want to be blunt on criticism. Keep up the good job on our chosen art! Till next time!
thanks for the comment mate... well the flick out with a spin is called sailing the cards and almost all magicians recommend learning to sail the cards when dealing... though in private games i never sail but when professional players play they may be seated on a table and the dealer might have to sail the cards to them...
sailing the cards is just a matter of practice ... hold the card by its top right corner and flick it out ... the spin adds stability to the flight.. thats all ... good luck
Wow...beautiful thumb movement. Are you using strikes?

You're neck tying the deck a little bit too much, I think. Over all, a great second deal with a bicycle deck!

pretty damn good second dealing. how do you flick them out in a spinning fashion. I can only do the strike second deal. check out mine...
