I really hate it when people try to compare artists and diss them. Music is art and each singer brings their own texture and approach to any song. People need to chill and find the beauty in each of the expressions of this song.
That being said...each singer mentioned here on this comment board are talented in their own right.
Trisha is a good singer and does a nice cover, but she needs to quit trying to cover the Ronstadt masterpieces. This is pretty, but completely pales next to Linda's. And her cover of "Try Me Again" is just embarassing after you hear Linda do it. Trisha is a great singer and always cites LR as her greatest influence, but she needs to stop trying to BE Linda.

i think trisha's voice is far more interesting than linda's. i'd listen to trisha any day over linda.
