  • The ancestors of slaves in America should quit complaining.... they are lucky their forefathers were slaves and now they live in America. They could be living in this shithole.

The song also comes as part of the sample songs on Windows Vista :)

  • i fuckin love my country

  • It is hard living in Nigeria I am so bless i grew up in America. I will visit again but i do not think i will like it that much just much different compare to the USA.

  • @Yaffa72 then dont come back....we dont need citizens who see nigeria as second class...

  • i am half Nigerian most my familie live in Lagos :( this video makes me sad :(

  • What do you wan to achieve with these useless pictures of Lagos slums you put up together here? I guess you were not busy with what you went to do in Lagos if at all you went there.

  • I love that type of sand or earth I don't know, but with the sea and the scenery.

  • blödkopf!..oloriburuku omo Hitler....tie ma baje ni lagbara orunmila

  • dein mutter , vater und dein ganze familien sind achlöchen.

  • Nigeria? y does it have a Gambia/ Senegalise music background?!!

  • yea i agree but that video i must say dat is not all dat lagos has.Nigeria or lagos is v.beautiful.

  • There are 2 lagos, one in nigeria and another one in portugal. But this lagos rocks.

  • Nigeria is not as bad. Many Nigerians are returning home.Try and make a small difference and then you can change the goverment. It sounds very obvious but NO OTHER GROUP OF PEOPLE CAN CHANGE NIGERIA, ONLY NIGERIANS CAN DO IT!!!!

  • all we need in nigeria isto delieve in our seif.

  • am not a nigerian but i lived in nigeria for 12 years before coming here to canada and i love it therre in nigeria but just wishing nigeria find a good leader thas all i left nigeria with 1000 naira bill like wtf

  • @katrinjallow well, a yr later, are you still alive? .. we didnt eat you ? must have been brutal.. lol!hahahaha

  • Nigeria needs to rise. Our leaders should be ashamed of themselves. i love Nigeria to death, but a lot still need to be done.

  • beautiful music. beautiful country. i believe in Nigeria. our ever achieving greatness is not a far-fetched idea. just faith and appropriate action will make us strong again.

  • One thing is obvious. Lagos will soon be exploited by foreign companies. The federal government doesn't seem to get it that Population is a big biz. Canada is just 34million and is the best nation on earth. Nigeria is 165 pushing 170 million people but the government can't invest in Nigeria. Look at telecom companies. They are making billions of dollars each year in Nigeria. MTN made it's life time investment in other African nations in Nigeria alone within 4 yrs. Nigeria is a big Business.

  • I was about to do the creepy cyber-stalker thing to you again but i changed my mind. Tell me "thank you". =]

  • what is so special about canada? ive been there and its like touring a city made on a computer program like "simcity".

houses there , road there. train there... high divorce rate, very high cost of living, people out of touch with the earth, needing a car to travel everywhere

  • hahahahhahahaa That's true but all those things you mentioned makes life easy. If Nigeria was as organized, I won't even bother about any embassy. True that the people are out of touch with the earth but it's a result of material wants which is also becoming evident everywhere on earth. Cost of living is not that high if you have a JOB. Jobs are there with no one to do them you can even pick up two jobs a day and earn a big living.

  • 0:27 Center Of Excellence my arse. What with all these shanty town environmental dillapidation pervading this crazy city. At 48 years, this is as bad as can ever be. "Mr. Andrew" of 1985 was exceeding correct.

  • nigeria is changing. just have faith in it. there is a lot we can do if we believe in our power.

  • Hellish, I feel so sorry for the ordinary people exploited by the so called leaders(simply dogs)How shameless they are to enjoy while their brothers struggle..

  • Good taste and well put together. The music is so deep and speak for it's self.I appreciate the comment made by olusegun, but this clip is so innocent and real. A considerable effort and planning went into it. Lagos is changing for the better. God bless those put this togeteher.

  • If you can survive in Lagos, you can survive in any where in the world.

  • this video is very good.i like the music also.

  • nice shots YarekQ for ppls who havent been home in a while like me lol

  • good video. Nigeria what a nation of constrast. do you have the artist(s) or group and soundtrack title to email me.thanks.

  • u know there are better parts to lagos than just the slums.

  • I know, but idea of this clip is not to show good or better parts of life. The idea is to show reality regardless good or bad.

  • @YarekQ

And Oshodi market?? This is not the reality?... Excuseme but you haven't see Lagos properly.

  • maybe; but i totally disagree; no matter how solid a part of a city is, once there're interrupted power supply, bad economy, unavoidable parasitic water borne diseases (e.g. malaria) etc, etc, then all these defeats the so-called "better parts".

  • thnx for posting
