The link between 9/11 and Al Qaida don't have to be spoken because it is blatantly suggested in these videos. Al Qaida is in Iraq because we're there. There wasn't even a presence before we invaded. Our presense there is seen as an "occupier" not a liberator. 80-90% of Iraqis want us gone. We're causing the recruitment of more Al Qaida terrorists.

First of all I have the utmost respect for your service to our country. My brother in law is a Vietnam Vet as well and he and I disagree about this war. I feel that Iraq is a much different scenario than Vietnam. Vietnam didn't have the dynamics of sectarian violence. The Sunnis, Kurds and Shiites are going to have to resolve thier intense hatred of eachother on their own. We can't do anything about that.
As far as the videos go what I meant to suggest is that several of these videos show the planes crashing into the towers suggesting a link between 9/11 and Iraq. That's simply not the truth and it's been proven. Bush and his buddies keep repeating these lies over and over until they become "the truth".

No I havent, but I've helped many of them get medical care that they were desperatly in need of. I did serve, and know combat. I have mixed feelings on the war. I've had many friends over there that have told me of the people who were fighting for what the ybelieved in, and those commiting what we will call' War crimes'. We're terrorist free because an attack like September 11 was a once-in-lifetime thing. And terrorism isn't some kind of nation-state: it's a criminal action. You can't be rid of it, like you can't be rid of drugs, or murder. However, you can stop the policies that fuel recruitment, and make normal citizens sympathetic to the terrorists. Islamic terrorism has no simple cause, and it'll have no simple solution. Fighting a war against the wrong people in the wrong nation is a bad solution.

I am a New Yorker who have lost several friends in the 911 terrorist attack.
I am also a proud supporter of OUR troops, last year alone I spent over $2,000 of my hard earn money to send boxes of care packages to troops in Iraq.
But while I greatly admire and appreciate the sacrifices made by the Youngblood family, I strong disagree Mrs Youngblood's message on this war- Iraq doesn't have anything to do with 911... it was a total intelligence failure from the very beginning!

Hate to break it to you, but congress never declared war. And Al Qaeda as killed less innocent Iraqis than we have. They weren't even there until we got there. Our presence is only helping Al Qaeda's recruiting in the region. Once we leave Al Qaeda has no way to recruit anybody for their cause. So all you have to do is go through mexico, look online on how to build a bomb, go to walmart/hardware, make the bomb, use it. I need to search for the documentation but apparently it has been proven that Bush KNEW that there no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. We also KNEW that Niger was not sending nuclear bomb making materials to Iraq. This war was TOTALLY unnecessary. We could have kept UN inspectors there indefinitely. Instead we chose war where at least 100,000 Iraqis lost their lives and over 3,000 American troops. Sick.

The link between 9/11 and Al Qaida don't have to be spoken because it is blatantly suggested in these videos. Al Qaida is in Iraq because we're there. There wasn't even a presence before we invaded. First of all I have the utmost respect for your service to our country. My brother in law is a Vietnam Vet as well and he and I disagree about this war. I feel that Iraq is a much different scenario than Vietnam. Vietnam didn't have the dynamics of sectarian violence. The Sunnis, Kurds and Shiites are going to have to resolve thier intense hatred of eachother on their own. We can't do anything about that.
