My dad served in the Air Force when I was very young. I would like to say thank you to ALL of our Military personnel who are serving our country. If it weren't for them we would not be able to live life so carefree.. We as American's have so much to be grateful for, even though many of us are living on hard times... we still have brothers and sisters, mothers, fathers, aunts & uncles out there fighting for us, and lets not forget that!!

Scalping was done by indians. It would be sickening for any soldier to scalp an Iraqi, because thankfully we all learned American history. Where we learned that scalping is horrible and should not be done.
Memorial day was first honored to honor the people who has served, throughout history to PROTECT the country. Now, army cannot shoot until they are shot at or are given orders, meaning they can't go in and just shoot every MF there.

Who cares if your in the navy, army, coast guard, air force, or any other u.s. military service. We all fight the same wars. We all should be supporting each other.
The go army, beat navy is comradery between Annapolis and the Point, it isn't to bring any branch down. The Game is a tradition every year and it means a lot to the alumni (now Marines/naval officers/army officers) who get to watch it overseas..it's a phrase that gives them a sense of home and brings back good memories of yearmates who may no longer be here on earth. It isn't to bring down anyone. It means a lot to the firsties because it's their last game as midshipmen/cadets.
to all my yearmates/friends overseas and the first years at all the academies (Naval/AF/Point/CG/Merchant)/colleges (Aggieland/Norwich,etc.) I love ya'll and wish ya'll the best. Personal message to the Class of 2009 at the Point (my friend is a first year there and 09er) , thank you!!

Acctually, you're wrong about everything except for the "young" thing. I'm 15. I know quite a bit about american history. In fact, basically the only guy I remotely admire in the wars is Col. Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain, from the battle of Little Round Top. I have no idea who Paris Hilton is (I've heard of her, but I don't know what she is). I understand how other people feel about this war stuff, that they're american heros, but I was just sharing my oppinion.

Scalping was done by indians. It would be sickening for any soldier to scalp an Iraqi, because thankfully we all learned American history. Where we learned that scalping is horrible and should not be done.
Memorial day was first honored to honor the people who has served, throughout history to PROTECT the country. Now, army cannot shoot until they are shot at or are given orders, meaning they can't go in and just shoot every MF there.

its good to hear a song geared towards us sailors,Alot of times we get forgotten by many people and our strength and courage goes un noticed. Alot of people forget if we run into enemy fire at sea,we dont have back up and we cannot retreat and back off,we have to stand our ground and fight until the ship is laying in the bottom of the sea. if we fail to defend our seas an attack on usa is inevidable.

The go army, beat navy is comradery between Annapolis and the Point, it isn't to bring any branch down. The Game is a tradition every year and it means a lot to the alumni (now Marines/naval officers/army officers) who get to watch it overseas..it's a phrase that gives them a sense of home and brings back good memories of yearmates who may no longer be here on earth. It isn't to bring down anyone. It means a lot to the firsties because it's their last game as midshipmen/cadets.

Great song.. emotional video!! I am married to a SSgt in the Marine Corps who is currently in Iraq for the 3rd time! The emotions shown in this video are too real... I have been crying as I watched him walk away.. and crying when I finally go wrap my arms around him again!!!
I feel the troops need all the support and respect they can get! Its not easy to do a job that most believe should have never been ordered, but they do it with pride and honor...

There is a major difference!!! You can absolutely support the troops without supporting the war! I happen to be one of those people. My husband is an active duty Marine and he is in Iraq for his 3rd tour... I absolutely support him and his comrades because they are doing their job.... they didn't wake up and decide to launch a reckless war! I support them, but by no way do I support this administration who uses and abuses our brave men and women in uniform!!!
