another idea, what about growing one's own herbs at home? it's soonish (yeah right..) springtime, so will you be growing anything yourself? or have you done it in the past? I feel that it might just be for fun, not really getting that bulk amount of herbs that's useful, or am I wrong?
not so much a question about this jing elixir, but maybe a topic suggestion or such... anyway, when you say 'working with...' some herbs (like that liver strengthening ones mentioned in another video), how much other herbal teas and such do you take besides that? how much teas do you have each day? and how much is that in a week, roughly? must be a lot, you're the herbgardener after all... .+)
