  • @EddieMoonWalker My bad it it looks like my buddy rd25 and he said the it was a ca18det in the beginning i did not see that

  • Is that an rb25

  • @566751 Looks like a CA18det. Sounds great. :)

  • @566751 dude...

  • cargasm.

  • hks ssqv dump valve (Y)

  • sweet jesus, i love the wheel stut-ut-ut-er lol

  • rofl the 200sx was the first car to come out with the SR20DET hence the '200sx' for 2L, it then appeared in the s13 silvia in JDM models aswell as in the 180sx. however previous production of the 180sx saw the CA18DET motor in the early stages of the 180sx hence the '180' for 1.8L. In American models, the S13 silvia and the 180sx are equipped with the KA24DE or KA24DET.

  • @BUZONQ Wrong. The American's 180sx (Which is actually a 240sx, not an 180sx btw) did not come with a "KA24DET". And also, the American market did not have a Silvia model S13.

  • umm u shud gimme ur car :D

  • damn bro super clean car, nice. Hey how easy are the non turbo versions easy to turbo cause my borther was thinking about getting one

  • Great car! I love it, it's clean and it sounds good.

  • the sr20's a good engine dont get me wrong... but does anyone see an over kill with it? i mean EVERYONES got one, why not stick with what you got and make it as bad ass as the sr20? im keepin my ka24 in it just becouse the sr is kiinnnddaa getting over rated no offence :] s13 ftw!

  • @rexmazzola12345 go rb

  • isnt that a 240....just sayin....

  • @bpm03 Only in U.S, different engine mate. 180sx in japan/200sx in EU.

  • great car by the way

  • it's a 200SX with a 1.8L Turbo

The original japanese name is 180SX

    America has a 240sx with a 2.4L non-turbo

    Thanks for all the comment!!!

  • @Nismo200S engine CA18DET ~ 170hp stock?

  • whats the difference between the 240sx and this one?

  • @20CorvetteZr109 240sx= 2.4 liter engine... 200sx= 2 liter engine.... since this car has a ca18det (2 liter) this is a 200sx

  • @TrippyMcFly43 You're wrong.. 240sx was 2.4l.. The 200sx has a CA18DET but it's a 1.8l.. The 180sx in Japan first came with the same CA18DET engine and later on you had the 180sx Type X version which came with a SR20DET which was a 2.0l.. Nissan engine codes are simple. The first 2 letter shows the engine code, the following numbers shows the cylinder amount and the letters after each have their own meaning. D = DOHC, E = Electronic fuel injection, T = Turbocharged..

  • @DamonS13project "The 200sx has a CA18DET" - you're wrong. 200sx have SR inside, 180SX have CA inside. And this is not S13. Nissan have 3 similar bodies. RPS13 (like on the video), PS13 (in Japan ONLY this body is called S13), and Sileighty (hybrid of PS and RP body).

  • @3xmy Dude... I OWN a 200sx and I am a member of the 200sx Owners Club . NL.. All 200sx's have CA18's from factory.. Only the Japanese RPS13 type x or aka kouki version made from '95 till '99 only in Japan has got the SR20 redtop engine in it.. I know there are different bodies.. But the Sileighty was never a official Nissan model.. An you also have got the RP front and the PS body hybrids and a S13.4 silvia s14(a) front and RP body, S13.5 silvia s15 front and RP body..

  • @DamonS13project You're right. Sorry for the mess. I've had wrong information.

  • @3xmy Haha no problem ;)

  • @DamonS13project

you sir are fucking retarded.... the 180sx had 2 generations in the S13. 1st was from 1989 - 1990... that was last year CA18DET was offered in the 180sx then the 2nd gen came out and had the SR20DET. and from then on out the SR20 was only offered in the 180sx... SR20DET in the S13 in japan was from 1991 - 1998.

so your argument is fail... and if you dont believe me wiki that shit and call yourself a ass tard.

  • @akumin12 Everybody who looks this kinda shyt up at wiki but don't have a SX themself ARE fucking RETARDED.. Dude Wikipedia isn't the key to ALL answers.. in matter of fact, everybody can write in wikipedia if they like to.. So if some guy thinks he knows everything about it but is actually wrong can still post it in wikipedia.. The 180sx had 3 generations.. 1 from 1989 till 1991 then from 1991 till 1995 and the last one was from 1995 till 1998..

  • @DamonS13project

THERE WERE NO CA18DET in S13 after 1990 THATS A FUCKING FACT. IF YOU CANT UNDERSTAND THIS then your fucking stupid. I never said i get all my info from there just that wiki users even know this... fuck dude idk where you live but you must be inbred to think CA lasted that long jesus christ i bet you dont even know wtf a Marron top sr is... fuckin turd

  • @akumin12 Then tell me how I got a 1992 S13 with a CA18DET..? You're funny cause you get upset by being stubborn and then you're gonna call me names. lol

  • @DamonS13project Read through ur argument. You are wrong. The reason you got a 1992 s13 with a CA18DET, is because an owner before you would have done an engine swap. That's quite obvious.

  • @0noobcube0 WHO in the world would possibly swap from SR20 to an CA18..? Everybody knows CA18's are no trustfull enginges because they've got cooling problems... I am gonna swap from CA18 to SR20..

And by the way.. If the previous owner of my car did a CA18 swap, every SX in The Netherlands would have done a swap.. You guys are all fucking stupid and stubborn...

  • @akumin12 That's odd. I've had two S13's, one was from -92 and the other -93. Both had CA18 engines.. How's that?

  • @akumin12 in the 180sx yes but the 200sx s13 had it until like 93 do some research before you sound ingnorant

  • @akumin12 I have a 92 200sx and it came with the CA18 btw

  • @MrGermanengineering9 That's correct. The pressure is as its highest point while hitting the throttlebody. And since the air is cooled after the intercooler, more air can be dumped quicker. This allows the turbo to begin pushing air quicker when you hit the throttle once again. You want to have a permanent flow to ONE direction. If you place the dumpvalve after the turbo, there will still be air between the dumpvalve and the throttlebody which have to flow "backwards" to be dumped.

  • Good man for sticking it on the hot side!

  • nice car dude

  • If you would mount it after the intercooler, the vavle would work better. That's a fact!

  • @daanneeeeee What means "better" in this case?

  • my fault rong motor ha

  • wat motor mounts ur usin for that rb the mekinn or w.e there call sit the motor to high and i dont wanna cut my hood

  • Sexy ass s13 hatch! Sounds great too!
