  • Hi Scooby, do you use Creatine powders, I don't want to make you pillow scream, but could you offer me your opinion on myProtein's Creapure?

  • Anyone notice that in the bend of his left arm the veins look like texas?

  • @Mountaindewdewable ha,ha, ha! Chuck Norris veins

  • glutamine is dangerous?

  • @motifnick There's no need to consume it outside of your regular diet

  • This video makes me wanna take a piss

  • Scooby, you should wear a party hat in your next video

  • @707HAMMERHEAD707 Runescape party hat?

  • @JackBeet

One thing I like about that program is

that its downloadable & therefore, you

wont receive any type of physical products.

Its only suitable for those who are interested

in weight training.. But anyway, you mispelled

the site name. That should be:

    MusclesMaximizer.info

  • Scooby, I am, like you, not a very big fan of supplements. However, because of the strict diets we are told to follow, wouldn't a multi-vitamin like Centrum be worth taking to get the vitamins that are lacking from our diet?

  • we all know Scoobys secret is scooby snacks.

  • @scooby1961 OMG your my role model! I am 12 years old, an expert on nutrition, have an 8 pack and think exactly like you. My friends ask me how I did it and I said "It takes time" nothing in life you want to accomplish happens all at once. I suggest for protein chicken, turkey, peanuts, and GREEK yogurt. Greek yogurt is a great breakfast source for protein because it has your morning sugars for you right there!!

Keep it up Scooby! your called a nutrition nazi, I'm called a health nut.

  • Wao what was the sound effect at 4:16 for?

  • @be9easy3 He cursed. He said "Shit"

  • Alright there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my brother in law got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.

  • ROR210 use the code and win $ 5 off iHerb

  • haha when i watch Scooby's videos... i watch his chest as if it's the one talking

  • Great video but the water in the background almost made me piss.

  • hey scooby i got a question for you are weight gainers any good i've used weight gainers for 6 months than i stopped and i started to get some stretch marks but i didnt use steroids i dont understand why by the way when i started working out i was 135 pounds know im at 160 pounds ;) almost a year ago :P

  • If you had your top on i'd never of guess how buff you were lol

  • Im in that part of youtube again

  • @felivalencia a good part yeah :p

  • i loooooooooooove green tea so when i drink i loose fat too? great ha ha ha

  • Everyone has a genetic potential when it comes to building muscle, you will reach your highest potential (on average) from about 5 years of working out twice a week.

  • great stuff

  • did you ever use steroids?

  • why is your shirt off in every video lol

  • This guy is gay!

  • @pat1981lux so ru

  • dudes like a bodybuilding scientist, good vids scoob good vids

  • just wondering if CLA helps burning fat?

  • What if i don't take protein powder but usually eat food that are high in protein? Is t the same?

  • @shudupass I am not Scooby but the simple answer is YES. Remember that before Protein Powder was invented warriors, boxers, gladiators etc all got bulked up without using it. The only issue is it's hard to eat that much daily protein, it's expensive and you end up getting things you don't want: saturated fat from the meat, sodium, fat, sugars, chemicals etc from the other thing you eat or you can take too much iron for example from kidney beans. Protein powder helps a lot.

  • Is Nutrisport a safe choice for protien powders? With concern for toxics???

  • Just buy a bag of ground flax. I use it on my oatmeal everyday and it adds a nice nutty taste to it.

  • this is easy!! I already drink coffee and tea no sugar. Instead of protein powder, couldn't I eat cottage cheese for protein? Cottage cheese has a calcium and other nutrients inside it too. Thanks for posting the videos!

  • Comment removed

  • do you really need to grind flax? surely if you chew your food properly your teeth do it for you?

  • should i start using supplements I'm 16 years old?

  • 2:43 when he swallows it makes a plinking noise and it matches up perfectly! hahahha funny shit

  • hey scoob, i'm 14 years old. should i take creatine or not? my dad says i shouldn't but i still don't know. what do you think??

  • @ChickMagnetStudios do it if you want as many pimples on your back then on your face.

  • @ schnecki07 so true

  • but honestly..what can I do against these horrible cravings for SUGAR.... :((((((( ..it s driving me nuts

  • @schnecki07 haha, whenever I crave the bag of chips I have stashed in the cupboard I come onto youtube and watch a scooby vid.

  • its kinda creepy how hard his nipples are....

  • @Jinouga502 its kinda creepy that u focus on his nipples at all :P

  • Scooby can you help me out..

Can you tell me what's the best pre work out drink ? Like something i can take just before i work out to build muscles. Some body builders spend so much money just to find the right one, but i dont want to do that

    please help :)

  • @1hardcore You gotta be joking, asking Scooby a question like that. But let me give you a reply he would give. Best preworkout drink? Water. Plus, you can use it intra and post workout. It's that amazing. Increases your strength and muscle size, no bull.

  • @1hardcore its called creatine :p

  • like your hat

  • I love Scooby's videos! But as a VEGAN bodybuilder, I have to say, Whey is NOT a natural substance, in fact Whey is one of the most -unnatural- substances humans consume. Cows have 4 stomachs and weigh more than a ton. Their genetic makeup is completely different than ours. Impregnating them, and taking their bi-product meant for their calf is NOT natural

I'm not dissing people who take Whey, and I LOVE SCOOBY I'm just saying, Whey cannot be considered a -natural- product. Do the research...

  • Carnivor is my favourite supplement. Works great.

  • thank you Scoob. Great stuff here.

  • The info you dispense for FREE is priceless, as are the warnings you give people about the rip-off products they should avoid. I love the "Hall of Shame" on your website. It's funny how you ridicule the money-grubbing con artists with their vibrating chairs and "secret plant extracts" that will ad 5 inches to your arms in a week. You are one cool dude. Gott segne dich!

  • Yep ! I found a natural and good value Whey Isolate, looks even more natural than ON's : NOW Whey Protein Isolate. Unexpensive, 100% natural and very good amino profile. But I didn't taste it...

  • good man

  • Great very informative video! Just a quick question on the protein powder you suggested (ON gold natural): I see it contains some grams of glutamine which is in your other list below and also I see it has Aminogen, a trademark ingredient which you advise to avoid (trademark ingredients).

  • Scooby, what flavour do you drink? flavour of protein powder.

  • Comment removed

  • and you can add more than 15 lbs of muscle in 1 year, ive done it so i know what you say is full of shit.

  • supplements do have calories

  • whey protein + good diet is good or whey protein wont do anything?

  • @819022 Depends on your goal, if its to gain muscle there are mass gainer powders that contain whey protein, creatine, gluutamine, bcaa's, complex carbs and even fish oil, with little sugar in it which is like everything in one, if its to lose weight then just a plain whey protein isolate is good, regardless protein makes the body in bodybuilding :P

  • @gggman15: are you sure that he gain muscle instead of fat??

never judge people from its belly.. hehehe

  • scooby u can gain more than 15 pounds, of muscle in a year, my friend came from prison he gained 20 pounds in about 9 10 months and he was not a beginner and he bearly worked his legs, with no supplements or steroids just crap jail food

  • @gggman15 He probably gained 20 pounds of WEIGHT, i bet about half of the weight is fat.

  • @VegeXP nope hes really ripped, some people are just genetic freaks, like if you look at some professional athletes or actors they can gain 15 lean muscle in their of season

  • @gggman15 I assume he's very young then? That would make sense.

  • @VegeXP hes 18 now

  • @gggman15 Then it's definitely possible, teens are able to gain muscle much faster because they are growing.

  • Hey! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • hi

  • Scooby, can I still gaitn muscle and loose weight by not using protein powders?

    If so, how?

  • @TheUnKonformist Ofcourse you can! Protein powders are supplements, your main diet is way more important.

  • @TheUnKonformist protein powders are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay tooooooo overrated... just have a can of tuna and spaghetti before workout and some milk right after a workout and eat 5-8 (small meals) every day to fuel your repairing muscles with the proper nutrition

  • @Sivels Some people have long work hours and it just isnt practical to be eating tuna and spaghetti or other good sources of food rich in carbs and protein every so often which is why protein powders come in. Regardless there are some ingredients which are hard to get from whole foods, but I see where your comming from, whole foods > protein powders.

  • @Drloveable1 absolutely, not saying protein powders can't be useful when you have no time to be eating/preparing meals all the time..

  • whanna be like him? online-uzturs.1w.lv .... get it

  • Thanks scooby you are awesome! Great information!

  • scooby in HD? :O ........AW RIIIIIGHT!!!!! O_O

  • how about steroids?

  • Comment removed

  • ahh im in a weight training class because i got a lil belly i suck in sometimes and really small arms and I hear kids talk about creatine protein power and stuff but I also heard its just water in your arms and i want stuff to help me get big and cut looking but not just water like big

  • is syntha 6 good?

  • Steroids

  • would you recommend green tea with honey?

  • @MrPoops69 I would recommend honey, if you do a google search on the benefits of honey you will be surprised! I mix it with tea and sugar free oatmeal and its great!

  • @22640cal , i've tried it and it's great! thanks for the response!

  • @Collinffs you don't know scooby very well.... don't you =] ... Gives the best advice plus its free. ..

  • @mrsarpong black coffe with some milk is good, I don't think it will do any harm.

ust dont add any sugar in it XD

  • why do we have to visit the website and take all the time to find it, couldnt u just tell us in the video

  • @weightlifter1996 because he wants people to go to his website, its good for business.

  • @Collinffs thers nothing to buy on his wbsite

  • @adagioforstrings007 I know but that doesn't mean he cant make money off of it. You know advertisement and stuff. Now i haven't been to his website but i assume he has some sort of sponsorship, like adds. In any case more views are always good imo.

  • hello scooby

Is it good to even drink creatine? what i know is that the body produce 2 gram of creatine everyday. But will the body stop producing creatine if i take (20gram/day) creatine powder? or will it priduce less then 2gram a day ?

  • @silverkula13 u dont produce 2 grams of creatine a day, no where near, ur body barely produces any, creatine is found in red meat, but also hardly any, it takes almost 16 whole steaks to give u the same amount of creatine in a 5g supplement everyday

  • @Jdubbz023 .youtube(dot)com/watch?v=BR3dDO1Sz0E

  • Hello scooby

Is it true that drinking proteinshake is a waste of money because the body will not bring up all the proten from the shake ? I dont know, but what i have heard is that the body can only bring up a amount of protein, will the rest leave the body ?

  • Comment removed

  • @silverkula13 Like Scooby says take in about 20-25% of you needed protein about every 3 hours. What i believe is that taking in more than about 35% of what you need in a single meal is pointless as your body cant use it fast enough, and it cant store it, so taking in large amount all at once is just a waste because your body will only use part of it. But it wont do any harm but waste your protein powder and waste calories. Anyone feel free to correct me if i'm wrong. =P

  • the sound of his vois is 2 cool, the high parts sounds like a gay...

    very strong

  • am i not tuurrttlleey enough for the...tuuuurrrrtttlle club?

  • It really is a scandal that the food, supplements and drinks industry is so poorly regulated. I mean at a MINIMUM lets have mandated, required, 100% full disclosure of ingredients and processing.

    Just pisses me off.

  • Hey scooby pls can you tell me is taurine good for muscles or not and should i take it ?

  • Well Scooby,is the isolated Whey that you take tested by those independent labs and safe for consumation?!?!?!!?!?!

  • scooby have you heard of MP assault?

  • How about creotine?

  • I live in a third world country. The SOBs put poisonous chemicals in fruits to ripen them overnight and they also do that to fishes to make them look fresh.

So any supplements I buy from here will probably kill me!

  • "It defies common sense to think that a processed powder can be anywhere near as beneficial to health or muscle growth as the foods that we spent millions of years adapting to. As humans, we’re privileged to have an amazing amount of intelligence, but as a society, we need to be more cautious about the naivety of thinking that we can outsmart nature."

  • scooby what is your opinion on soy milk? Its the cheapest source of protein here in singapore and happens to have a biological value of 91. Does it really hamper testosterone production?

  • @scottymorrison666 ya I love scoob and he has a lot of good solid workout advice but most of his nutrition advice is out dated and just plain wrong. Anyone who thinks you need to be a health nazi and eat 6-8 small meals a day to build muscle needs to go read some articles by Alan Aragon or Lyle Mcdonald

  • @scottymorrison666 Yes you need 6/8 high protein meals a day.Normal people eat 3 times a day ,bodybuilders eat 6/8 times a day... even scooby said it in 1 of his video. If you dont know what you are talking about dont speak at all

  • everything has toxic metals . Your chicken breast have toxic metals .

Research a little more and put things in its proper prospective

  • @WHOwasTALKINGtoYOU Toxic metals? They're called toxins, in extremely large quantities they are harmful but in chicken breast for example there is minute traces, like most meats

  • @TheNakedQuack

The proteins in consumer reports had no more toxins than any other part of our food supply.

    WAS THE POINT

  • ouw...lol

  • what is B.S ??

  • @yehudatanto BullShit!

  • soppiedekuthond...so because most people in this world can not do all the things you suggest what next. Nothing wrong with supplements and if you do not have the proper genetics, none of your steps would work any way. I have seen guys work out for years with your suggestions with zero definition of any muscle size.

  • i have a whey proteinBRAND NAME IS "BODY FORTRESS"

It lasts me 2 months and it has 26g of protein per scoop.

but it also has "creatine" in it.

It cost me 15dollars....what toxic metals should i look for? it sounds too good to be true because other proteins only have like 22g per scoop n r worth over 30 bucks

  • @JacksonMichaelBAD I'm pretty sure they don't try to get toxic metals into your body for the cheap price, it's much rather the question of the protein. What kind is it, whey, soy, etc.? Whey is the best choice, also look if it contains all the amino acids and a protein content of about 80%.

  • @shivayavoda

YEAH ITS WHEY and it says that it contains Glutamine and ummm all the important amino acids or proteins either one.

But u know its only 15bucks and it lasts me 2 months. if i go to gnc its more expensive. thanks

  • wait, flax tastes good? SPIT IT OUT SCOOBY!

  • does creatine stunt growth? thank you

  • roids

  • Thanks Scooby

  • Where did you buy your shirt?

  • On the other hand , if you work out hard you need suplements GUARANTEED ,or else your wasting to your time working out extra hard.

  • Good thing you mention that about the heavy metals. those metals are actually extremely dangerous . The ones that contain almost none are the really expensive Platinum hydro wich is insanely expensive. I use protein drinks because it usualy has other nutrients in it so ill just stick to regular protein and buy the nutrients on the side.

  • your head doesn't go with your body...in a good way

  • Can you buy me hydrowhey? :)

  • what are some of the best foods for your mucels ya your city does need a statue of you

  • what are some of the best foods for your mucels

  • I laughed so hard when I saw your big body n stuff and then I heard your voice xD

  • boreingg :P

  • You've got no shirt but are wearing a hat!! hahahaha... Your bod is awesome, dawg. Maybe one day I'll be there..

  • Dude, you need to work your neck!!!!!!

  • @mrcjg2010 hahahahahahahaahahaha LOL

  • @mrcjg2010 re u kidding me xD ?

  • Comment removed

  • @capricorn275 why do you have to sleep so much

  • @XristarasGamieste Because when you train you cut muscle tissues and you restore them when you are sleeping. And muscle tissiues needs protein to restore thats why you need alot of protein

  • @capricorn275 eating 6-8 times isn't necessary and is broscience. As long as you meet your macronutrient and calorie requirements at the end of the day then you're good. The timing of the meals are also not nearly as important. Also scoob, im pretty sure that fish oil is a lot more efficient for omega-3 fatty acid intake. The flaxseed conversation to DHA/EPA is not nearly as efficient as fish oil.

  • @capricorn275

Can u give some examples of high protein food?

  • @h2dude69 Milk is great, as well as meats and eggs.

  • Why is there always two things? I love this guy!!

  • nice man! keep doing these´vids. this really works

  • nice body, no homo, but u shud work out that neck of urs
