To be fair, they're under construction and testing. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to test every single system under every condition imaginable? And the Trinidad blimps(high-tech skyship 600 included) were horrendously misapplied. Aeroscraft isn't for surveillance anyway, so why should that matter?
