Then, when the boat finally does come around, she has over corrected grossly. Now, she does the same thing again, trying to correct her over correction. *sigh* It could be worse, I guess. The boat is not over 15 meters, there is no licensing requirement for skipper in Netherlands. The grandma has purchased the boat and probably offers skipper services, but anyway, what she is doing on video is greatly endangering the passengers. Just because the boat is long, don't trust that skipper is professional.
