  • Less dancers! More Mark Lindsay!!!

  • Incredible rocking tune!

  • @franklinrocks1 ..lol is this really true? Good for Mark...Lucky girls!

  • This is really an excellent song; very upbeat and well written. Very clever how they blend the titles and some lyrics of some of their prior song hits ("cinderella sunshine", "good thing", "kicks") into this song. Very well done.

  • i just love watching the dancers go:)

  • Raiders sound as wonderful as always. Impressive choreography & skill by the dancers, including Lorene Yarnell. I do recall she was, primarily, a dancer while Robert Shields was an actor/mime. Great team. Thanks to Paul & Mark for keeping the Raiders going with excellent new members after the departure of several of the originals. Clever song with previous Raider lyrics mixed in. Peace & Love to ALL.

  • those go-go dancers had a workout for sure:)

  • Amazing CHOREOGRAPHY from the Dancers!..real nice! =0)

  • Anyone know what the verse before "kicks just keep getting harder to find" says? Thanks.

  • Hard & Heavy (With Marshmallow) is the actual name on the cover.

  • Lorene Yarnell of Shields and Yarnell fame?

  • Yes, she also danced on "Shindig" and "This is Tom Jones" .

  • @fredxtini1 I was very sorry to hear that lorene yarnell passed away a few months ago, a very talented and nicee lady. r.i.p.

  • Okay, I have to ask - what drugs are the dancers in this video on??? As for the tour...are they coming to Seattle????

  • Mark's first Teen Idol concert date is in Westbury, NY on May 8th!! (Got my ticket. :-)) He is also putting together a solo tour!! Woo hoo!!

  • A blast from the past! Mark's coming out of retirement to do a teen idols tour with Peter Noone and Micky Dolenz.

  • someone want to chat

  • Outtasight man!!!This song and vid have aged like fine wine..............

  • I have a copy of this-I love this group!

  • That male go-go dancer is outasight.

Thank God Ritalin wasn't invented yet then.

  • @robertlaberge ...I think he snorted a line before he went out to perform. lol

  • @robertlaberge He's looks like the innovator to "The Elaine Dance"

  • This is ONE sizzling hot,

    good time Rock'n'Roll track.

    ONE MORE!

  • This is 'Hands down' the best track on You Tube!!! 9100 hits and 8000 of them are mine.

  • For anyone interested, there is a chat room set up specifically for Mark Lindsay fans while Mark does his radio show on Saturday nights for K-Hits. He broadcasts from the booth at his Rock 'n Roll Cafe in Portland, OR from 10:00pm,-2:00am. Go to "Rock Groups by Tom Brady," scroll to the bottom of the page & on the bottom right side is an icon for "Chat Room." Click on that, enter your name (no need to add a profile) and you're in. Hope to see you there!! :-)

  • Imagine if those dancers were all drunk? The bass sounds an awful lot like a Beatles' style but this song over all is really hot!

  • Just met Mark Lindsay yesterday @ his Rock n Roll Cafe. What a classy guy!!

  • ...I feel lucky to have been here in the northwest usa when the sonics, the wailers, and all these great groups were helping to shape rock and roll-peace!

  • Northwest U.S.A. was a great place for rock and roll-the raiders recorded their version of louie louie at the same small studio in Portland, Oregon, as the Kingsmen did a short bit earlier. Locally, in Portland, the two versions were equally popular-

  • yeah its Hard n Heavy!! great album picked the original vinyl up for £2 at car boot years ago! Groooovy

  • excellent! Thanks for posting. You can find the "Hard'n'Heavy" CD if you look around a bit

  • A great American BIG sound

wich was their ® sound ,till they ran out

from Terry Melcher (bless his soul)

  • Most underrated band of all time. They are amazing.

  • Hard to watch.

  • Why...?You gotta see it in the time it was made.I think the dancers gave a dynamic performance.Ok, M.Lindsey had little girls appeal but he had one hell of a voice .

  • What album was this song from?

  • The album was called 'Hard & Heavy' from 1969

  • They were good during this period. I like this and "Powder Blue Mercedes Queen", neither of which I had heard before. Both good rockers.

  • My research also indicates "Hard & Heavy".

  • this song is from the album...*goin to memphis* good lock my friend

  • I agree. 'Hard & Heavy' from 1969 it is.

  • This is the first time I've seen it, too.

  • Hadn't seen this one before.......thanks!!

  • Kathy & Lorene....go baby go.....

  • Thank you. Lorene Yarnell always did have a great pair of legs. Mark Lindsay - Lead vocals, Paul Revere - Keyboards, Freddy Weller - Lead Guitar, Keith Allison - Bass, Joe Correro Jr - Drums
