IF you don't understand the symbols and are symbol illiterate you really don't realize how much a part symbolism plays in this world, and really it's almost as bad as being illiterate and not knowing how to read. I agree, these symbols and gestures aren't exclusively freemason symbols.. They're esoteric and pagan symbols that are prominent in masonry. Which I think is totally fine, 90% of masons are good people.

You are blind but before I insult an obvious handicap, Ill put it to you like this, it's like those weird holographic images you get in the gumball machine in the store. It looks one way until you flip it a little in the light and thenj the other image appears. You have to go into a deep understanding of what the various symbols mean to their respective orders, groups, etc... After that you can combine them all and see the whole picture.

No, the Catholic Church bans membership in Freemasonry because we, though not officially, spread the TRUE message of the prophet Yeshua: a brotherhood of mankind under the fatherhood of G-d. We are truly egalitarian, where landscapers and millionaires sit side by side on the same level and treat each other with respect. Because it was Freemason ideals that brought this country into being. It was Freemasons that led the rebellion against tyranny, both in the US and in France. We get "blamed" for the revolutions? Hell, I am proud to be part of an organization with such a great history.
Why do Masons end up in leadership roles? We lead by example. We follow conviction and stay true to a cause, characteristics and actions that make other men want to follow. Also, since we understand death, we don't fear it.

You are right, and also just because a symbol is used by a group doesn't make that symbol in and of itself a bad symbol.. Someone could use any symbol and use it in another way...but certain symbols have strong ties or tendencies in meaning, and it's context is another indicator.
