Yes he is a great song writer, but this is simple...and everyone can relate. I would not say he 'dumbed' his lyrics down...everyone can relate to this...especially if you grew up in a small country town and you have children.

I don't why the hell most of you people act so surpised about this country thing? If you actually ever listened to Staind then you would notice that the only difference between these songs and the one's Aaron did with Staind is the simple fact that he doesn't use the fuck word or any of that, since it's not used in country music.... And the chords and melodies are a bit different alittle slower... Aaron Lewis is now the new All Time Greatest Country Star.... Period.
