  • love your hair color

  • I always marvel at your talent with hair. It comes so easily to you. Excellent job recreating those Marilyn hairdos. (All the numerous others you've done as well.) Wow.

  • You are so gorgeous and you have the best videos on youtube I think. I think everyone should dress like this now days. Keep making videos...love it! :)

  • I just bought these hot sticks from Walmart and I'm so excited to use them try out your looks Although they really are "hot"!! I guess holding the ends is the best bet : )

  • Just want to thank you for some advice you gave me regarding a good length for doing vintage styles. Just got my hair cut on Thursday, I love it, it feels a lot thicker. I can't wait to play with it. Thank you so much ;-)

  • what type of hot sticks do you use? I purchased some the other day and I found the curls just fall right out when I do a brush out.

  • Look number 2 is POIFECT! I think that is the way I will do my hair for my son's wedding next week! Thanks Ashley!

  • your hair is growing. Will you let it grow or will you keep it the same. I love the color also.

  • @vgfigue I'll grow it to shoulder length or just beyond, but not long again.

  • Sweet! I love Option 2 and will try it out next week. Also, the color looks great on you!

  • Love this style. Do you have any tips for creating it with a regular curling iron, if it's possible?

  • @GenTink Roll all the hair w/ the iron and pin each section to the head as it cools so that your curls will be more pronounced. Then brush out all together.

  • @LisaFreemontStreet Perfect. Thank You. I would like to mention that the fact that you will reply back and answer questions is one of the reasons I subscribe.

  • Loving the new red! Your hair grows so fast! Lucky :)

  • Where did you get your hot sticks? :) And do you think they'll work if you have very long hair (to the waist) ?

  • @0pima0 Wal Mart 14.99. And yes but you'll need two sets.

  • I really wish I could wear the Marilyn hairstyle, but i have bangs, and I need them to cover my forehead! :/

  • Can you show us how you dyed your hair this time please as watched your last video and it seems this time to be a different colour please please love your hair video tutorials x

  • @joannepegg The color makes no difference. The technique is still the same. Watch the 'Seeing Red' video again and just use Feria Ruby Rush in place of the Preference color in that video. :)

  • @joannepegg Would you show me how you dye your hair again adding the pubyrush in please as mine just goes everywhere and im thinking going back red x x

  • Lovely style that suits you really well.... and I like the little pic of Marilyn watching you :)

  • Love it love it love it. Gosh what a beautiful video. You are amazing.

  • whenever i try to bush my curls out they frizz up like a poodle. i tried every frizz syrum possible, i tried do it dry, wet you name it with foam rollers. gonna try hot rollers and see how that goes. can they be slept with? i need something that i can do the night before.

  • very nice!

  • i love the sudden shocked impressed face you put on at 4:44 when your fringe falls perfectly =D

  • @chloe10103 *chuckle*

  • guapa con los dos peinados : )

  • @letiskia muchas gracias!

  • @DandyStranger Wow...I'd love to see how it works for you! :)

  • how would you hide bangs in this look or would you be able to?

  • @BunnieBird Sure! See my video on 'Blending Bangs' for tips. You'd have to wet set the bangs away from your face before you could proceed w/ rolling w/ hot sticks. Or just do an all over wet set.

  • @LisaFreemontStreet k thanks!

  • Love it!!! I also really like your natural straight hair! :)

  • aaahh love the second song...♥

  • One of the funniest movies of all time

  • Is your hair longer now? I mean... like a couple of months ago it seemed shorter.

    Greetz

  • Things that make me want to dye my hair red again: watching titanic, watching moulin rouge, aaand...

watching your videos!! I really liked look 2, and loved the music you used in this video :)

  • Wow that came out great

  • LOVED these looks and you look absolutely gorgeous with them. I'm thinking about cutting my hair similar to yours, I have it quite short aswell but kind of asymetric, but I feel like a haircut like yours would allow me to style my hair more :3 thanks for the wonderful tips!

  • is your hair naturally straight?

  • @OneMissSecret yes. stick straight. See the beginning of the video.

  • @LisaFreemontStreet haha so is mine!!!

  • OMG! The video gets stuck and I can't get passed the part where you are removing the Hotsticks!

  • @viennadawn keep trying. It's playing for others...

  • Babe!

  • Looks very pretty!! If you back come backcomb the full crown & entire style then softly brush & mold into shap you will get a fuller, truer to period looking style :) Hope this helps!! Love your videos!!!

  • @aprilck2 I am not a fan of the sixies 'netted' look...I rarely do that helmet thing. ;-)

  • @LisaFreemontStreet LOL!!! Thats funny!! Yours is a much more wearable style for today :))

  • @aprilck2 My hair being all one length would also have made the differences even more evident if I had attempted that technique. I definitely recommend a wet set and back combing for a truer version of the looks.

  • One of your best song choices yet! And has thoroughly inspired me to get the chop! But who am I kidding, it's always brilliant.
