  • A great tip is to do something you like or something that you're comfortable with until you become more fit.. When you're more fit, exercise will become more easy.. and when you become more and more fit, eventually, overcoming yourself will continue to be your biggest motivation! But don't stop! Cause that's what I did, and now I'm watching this video =P Thanks for the video by the way..

  • I agree that activity needs to be something that you enjoy. And being with other people can definitely help, even if it is a yoga class. The worst thing is to sit in front of the TV or computer all night long, lol.

    You can sit all night in front of the TV or computer if you've earned it by doing some exercise beforehand ;)
