@Thatonekid892 I know what you mean about the timing but at the same time I quite like music when it makes me feel a little nervous or uncomfortable because it makes me feel alive and opens my head but yes I agree... it's an art.
General form outline: 0:06 Exposition: Subject 1, voice1 (red) 0:20 Answer 1, v2 (purple) 0:40 Subject 2, v3 (green) 0:54 Answer 2, v4 (blue) 1:09 Cadence. End of exposition. Episode 1:16 fragment of subject, v3 1:23 pedal point - creates tension for modulation 1:39 Subject in B-flat major 2:03 Subject in B-flat major, pedals 2:18 episode 2:30 subject, v1, C minor 2:45 cadence. Episode. 2:55 ascending, descending chromatic lines add tension before: 3:09 return of subject in home key: g minor.
Thanks, @Buttplugbetty B-flat major is the relative key (same key signature) of g minor, so this is a common modulation, especially in Baroque era music. Also... I had the score :)
I don't like the use of lines, because Baroque music has small spaces between the notes and I don't feel that the animation really captures that. The musical interpretation, however, sounds really nice. Well done.
@BallinEagles Yes, this piece would be played on the organ using hands and feet. This version was sequenced on a computer, thus circumnavigating the need for feet to be involved in the process.
@BallinEagles That's how organs work. If you want to see how this works check out the rows of keys while someone is playing on the organ and you will see the other sets of keys reacting without actually being touched. Its pretty intense.
@scaper12123 I am not familiar with MML, perhaps you can post a link? I would not be surprised if this fugue was used in a game, it is a fairly popular piece.
@SecondAgeOfReason Thanks! However, those ornaments are inspired by Koopman's performance of this same piece which can be found here on YT (but can not be linked in comments) so I can't take all that much credit for them.

I used to be a person who didn't like classical music but then I took an arrow to the knee. God bless that arrow!

I think this is the best version I could find. Others were too relaxing and slow. This one is a real brain washer!

I found it as notes and then i made it with a music notation program

Too fast, ending needs to ritardando, but otherwise quite an excellent bit of programming :)

Excellent work! Sounds like a recorded performance instead of a digital piece, and very visually appealing.
