turns out my CFW is 3.71m33-3 and the free cheat's requirement is

3.71 M33-4 (use FC371.prx)

3.80 M33-5 (use FC3xx.prx)

3.90 M33-3 (use FC3xx.prx)

Only way is to convert your MHF2 us save to Mhf2 eu save , then this save you can import to Unite.

Use Laboko or Sgdeemer to convert the save. You will find both programms at youtube.
