here is PR you can drive a bike with your regular drivers licence but you are not covered with ACA insurance unless you have your motorcycle licence.

you have to check your local laws to know what you need to get...

I know there are some places where you dont even need a helmet.!.

you can ask in a DMV but it would be better if you know someone who works in a DMV since these places always take a long time... you can also ask a COP :)

Actually it basically is, as all other scooters for that matter

Video recorded with iPhone does not do justice to the setup thought

But in the end it is just a scooter, being a trike makes it catchier to the eye and a nice beach ride
