I play damo Kung in the U.K. and i was beginning to think there was no one else out there practicing "old school" training like this, good strong stances and light footwork. very nice to see this. keep it up. Amito fo _/\_

best horse stance ive seen so far on youtube. thighs as good as parallel to ground toes pointing forward. good hard work
