For gta 4 yes the PC version is better then console. PC has built in clip recorder so you can watch clip you made while playing and PC version has more online content. In story mode you can get more outfits then in cosole versions. But overall console version is still great

Boner, since you started with the Turismo, did you know you could walk around the corner and steal a turismo from the Grotti car dealership. It's actually pretty fun, especially if you go up to the 2nd floor and drive the car through the glass to jump down to the street and speed away from the police. It gives you an automatic wanted level, but I know you don't care about that.

One of the things I've done is got a car bomb from Packie and put it on his getaway car before I shot everybody in the restaurant. Then, blow up his car when he tries to escape.
