The RS200 was built by Tony Southgate and John Wheeler (UK designers, JW is ex F1 designer), Cosworth is UK company too. So please ... Some were further modified for endurance racing by Shelby American and Holman & Moody in the US, but all were produced in UK by Ford Advanced Vehicles in England. The Ford GTMKIV, which, strictly speaking was not a GT40, was designed and built in America (10 examples). Many of the vehicles featured were designed and built in the UK, some in Germany, and some in Belgium.

Ford lightning is the same truck as an F-150 its built on the same frame. Same engine 5,4L but the lightning has an supercharger that puts it up to 380hp and the NA 5.4L has 245 hp.

You also have the supercharged 5.4L in the F-150 Harley-Davidson edition.
