Several issues: First, Charlene is an optometrist. She is not a medical doctor. Homeopathy is considered (by some) to be medicine. She is not qualified to practice medicine, only deal with "refractive errors". Lastly, and OD if 4 years after college. How could anyone go though college and not understand algebra, and E = m c ^2 ?
this woman is as dumb as a nut, any properly educated human being would know she is spitting complete lies and twisted truth... like really? we should take a survey of homeopathy users GPA and see how low the overall score really is xD
@xxxxfile I'm pretty sure we are. Maybe not richer/more popular since she's probably making shitloads from people that pay a ridiculous amount of money for little vials of diluted solutions.
"Ok, has everybody had chemistry and know about H2O? Ok, and you all know about Einstein and e=mc^2? Ok, and if we just remove mass from e=mc^2, ok, do you follow? Rub a candle against your forehead and it will cure cancer. It's science, trust me, I'm a doctor. Ok?" The level of retardation compressed into this short video is enough to make me lose my faith in humanity. Homeopathy is fraud, and anyone who says otherwise is a snake oil salesman or a brainwashed imbecile.
I've tried to watch this three times...my eyes glaze over and a strange sound keeps coming into my ears. I then realize that I'm snoring while sitting upright. It's the bump on my head on the keyboard that wakes me up....;aaaa;lf; ;lka;sj;fadaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
this presentation sounds like a piece of postmodern literary criticism: a horrible mis-use of scientific terminology presented by a clueless author to fool an audience into believing that the argument has merit.
Unbelievable. I tried calling her out on factual errors when writing my first draft of this comment, but it came out way too long. This would be funny, if it wasn't so pathetic.
Blathering random layman science may lend your argument weight with the fools presumably in your audience, but it doesn't make it true.
I've witnessed homeopathic remedies have a positive influence, but I wouldn't try to explain this - it's subtle stuff borne of experimentation that we've not yet come to understand. A lot of it is wrong, a lot of it does nothing, but there's a core of truth there. Blathering about light, vibrations and mass does not solve anything >.>

I can't believe people still buys into the 18th century homeopathic dogma. She has no understanding of even the most basic physics.

you obviously have a very limited knowledge in the sciences you are using to justify your claims. What the hell is your Ph.D. in? Where?

It's like she swallowed some physics textbooks and now she is vomiting up the words all half-digested and mixed together.
The scary thing is I'm sure the audience is full of people shaking their heads 'yes, yes, that makes sense'.

It's Steven Hawking, not Hawkings.
