  • THANK YOU MR. KOLAT--- i tried this at practice yesterday but couldnt get it cuz i was doing a foward roll instead of running around the head, now i know what i did wrong! thanksss

  • @xshayhd you are complete **** if u don't know this is a good move

  • obie finally got a break

  • how can i be good at wrestling. what are good strageties

  • @errrr75 its all about getting time in on the mat man, trust me man your coaches will know what your strenghts are and make you a good wrestler

  • @mto215 are u good and thanks. should i attack first

  • @errrr75 Dedication.

  • The White Obie lmao

  • @nojman12 Hahaha Fail...

  • Xshayhd, you must not be a wrestler-just an idiot!

  • so its baisacally a butcher through the legs

  • haha wtf this is completly shit never do this guys

  • Robles from ASU scored hundreds of points with this tilt

  • thanks for all your great videos Mr.Kolat. i would really like you to give us wrestlers some lifting routines. i try to stick with bodyweight only exercises because i know that if you're too bulky your not going to wrestle well because wrestling is very dynamic, almost like gymnastics. i know kettlebells are good but i would love to see a vid on weightlifting for wrestlers in general, and possibly some routines. by the way amazing tilt, i use it alot

  • @razaviknows Well i'm not "Mr.Kolat" by a long shot but - do these things until you cry - abbs - butt - thighs - hands - wrist. To keep good air, wrestle full go spots only resting when you feel you are loosing your ability to hold a stance or preform moves properly. I never like to see a kid keep wrestling once conditioning stops him from doing the moves he knows well. Once you hit that conditioning wall while wrestling, go do sit-up's , push-up's, to push your conditioning to the next level.

  • very nice move!

  • u can use the fish hook he has with the right hand and your elbow to lever him towards u and then u can sit back and kick his leg up

  • @onteorawrestling watch at :33, he is teaching what to do when your opponent counters

  • nice move and i dont disagree with u cause obviously u know what your doing but there is a easier way to hit that move without jumping over

  • @onteorawrestling

But don't you need that jump over to create the momentum that is needed to rock them over?
