I know it's not a very successful production in terms of reality and even the CGI effects (removing half the fur to cut the render times was a really bad idea), but I think it should still be appreciated for it's entertaintment value. Lame and boring at times, yes, but it's definitely not the worst movie ever. :)

Its simple: If you listen to the dialogue and you have half a brain you'll understand the movie and that there is no historical inaccuracies in it, but much speculation and theory like anywhere else.

But if you're somewhat slow and just dont listen to the dialogue you'll think it's Egyptians building the pyramids and that they screwed up history...
