I think they meant transfer heat to fan power with 70 % efficientcy, althought taiwanese people does not speake really good english, their technology is far ahead of the europeans , with 3 top gamming brands comming from taiwan , asus,msi,acer, i dont see any country with that amount of leading gamming brands, that proves something taiwanese is really capable compared to inferior europeans.

@shermanlee85856 Asia is able to come up with the "top designs" because they have zero competition from the rest of the world. Due to mass globalization and NAFTA, the US can no longer be competitive in most any manufacturing from higher wages and increased production costs.

Europe isn't competitive period because their economy is so backwards with crippling tax burdens and other laws that stifle business innovation.

@GGigabiteM Thats not the point , a lot of manufacturers are still able to do that by having most of their things made in china , im stating that Asians are better designers and more capable , and what you are doing is undermining the capability of Asians and making up excuses for those western nations , and besides almost all the brands manufacturing now of days have their thingsmade in china.
