  • u prob. know it already but with the deadrow/bent over row, try to remain with a stable back en get the force from ur trapezius, en with the dumbell row drop 20% of the weight u have now, keep a stable back again and let the dumbell touch your chest, result will be way better on the specifik targets of the excersice
