As the U.S. Trademark holder of the band name "BluesTrain", I ask you to remove this video and stop using our name.
I have already had several other Trademark violators videos removed. YouTube has our Trademark paperwork on file.

@Johnrack TRademark LOL!! I wish I could see things from your point of view - but I can't get my head that far up my ass!! There are loads of Blues Trains in the world - theres one here that runs up and down a stretch of railway track and hosts blues evenings. It has Blues Train as a trademark too. Get a better lawyer loser
