hey ... I was a follower of your videos before the loss of weight but I must say you're doing a fantastic job with the weight loss. You literally look half the person you were -just keep doing what you are doing and be happy in yourself :)

My girl friend struggles with her weight too so I kind of know what you are going through - and girls like her and yourself tend to be too hard on your selves. What you've achieved already is incredible.
