Could be highly improved if you added Ornaments such as modent's they would fit perfectly as well as dynamic changes (drastic). I think he got high harmonic sensitivity, because minor is the most sensitive scale; btw, my first composition was created by luck so it was chromatic and the rest is minor key stuffs (I can't rid off minor key/chords even I am play major key!).

If you have not done so yet, PLEASE get him the best piano teacher in your city. Go to the music department of your local college or university and inquire. This kid's obvious talent needs to be nurtured right from the beginning.

He seems to have a natural skill for composing, and the fact that he didn't have piano lessons when he did this is astounding. For many people, to achieve this level of composition, they have to study theory for years. It's easy to see this boy already knows it without needing to learn it. Extremely talented.
