  • Ouais pas con faudrait essayer le low jump en torpille...

  • It's proably the same method used in GBA BC3 on the yellow ramps, LOW JUMP you probably slipped your finger and hit the drift button at the prefect time to launch you low in the air off the boost

  • Nah, it's not. You need to jump on rBC3, but not in MMM. You have to go to the right-right side of the ramp.

  • 7 month old comment idfc

  • isnt it like a low trick or is it just pure luck?

  • i even did something similar, just without doing any trick, i came immediately to the ground when i drove onto the ramp O_o

and it happened more than once

  • its b/c u drive beside the boost on the ramp, it's very good

  • i've had something similar happen to me. I got the boost from the ramp, but I didn't even get airbourne. I simply boosted through the patch of grass. I have no idea how it happened, but it was definitely a time saver.

  • basically, the closer you are to the middle of the ramp, the higher you go

  • When did you press the trick button? For a lot of ramps it's possible to jump off and press the trick button a little bit in the air, so maybe you got a regular non-trick boost's height because you delayed the trick for the perfect time.

  • Actually I think it's just your angle of approach. I just did it as well, using a similar angle to you. This angle isn't quite the best racing line, though. =/

  • You held the joystick forward (UP) toward the ground. You can tilt your bike or kart in the air up or down, depending on which way you tilt it determines how long you're in the air after the jump. I've known about this for a month now, surprised someone like you didn't know. :S

  • It's not that. :/

Its the fact that normally, when you do a trick off of the ramp, you go to an extreme height in the air. For some reason here, I did the trick, but it didn't send me really high in the air, like it is meant to.

The tilting forward wasn't the reason I travelled that low. Thats just something I do on reflex, when I go off a ramp.

Watch another video of Moo Moo Meadows, so you can see how the ramp normally handles you when you do a trick off it.

    I hope this made sense.

  • perhaps just some glitch?

  • maybe its cuz u went way to the side, so it lost a little of the bost and went lower. IDK ill try it.
