  • @ehowa Smartass

  • those things are pointless now, everyone goes for headshots now

  • Let me get my 30-06 and show you dumb fucks how it's done. I only shoot 165 grain power points and I'm going through between 1/2 and 3/4 inch of steel. Just try to call me a liar.

  • Its only paper inside??

  • @PuroSantaMariaDelOro thats kevlar.

  • I'll show up with my Tokerev loaded with 60 grain 30 cal wildcats rated at 1500 FPS.

Lets see how it does then.

  • now try a ptrd and see how well it protects it from that.

  • what caliber can it withstand and is it really heavy

  • This test is a joke, at 0:58 you can see that the .357 Mag rounds are of the type selected for the least penetration. Both of the two high powered bullets .357 Mag & .44 Mag were of the Soft point & hollow point/Dum dum variants, instead of the solid & common semi-wadcutter.They should do this test again with semi-wadcutters and common FMJ/full metal jacket bullets. But then again, when their vests are turned into swiss cheese, it wouldn't be as good an advertisement for the company now would it?

  • @IntangibleIllusion79 S&W 500 is a .50 magnum. The .50 Desert Eagle uses Action Express rounds and is weaker than a magnum round.

  • i dont know if that indent from the 00 buckshot "is well within the limit" lol

  • The most powerful handgun is the .50 magnum, not .44 magnum. S&W .50 magnum revolver.

  • @XxC0NDEMNEDxX Desert Eagle beats Magnum. And S&W 500 is the most powerful in the world, 5 shot game hunter, accounts of it taking down elephants

  • Pretty outdated stuff. And they didn't show any rifle rounds

Any rifle round (except a 22LR) would easily penetrate. The common 30-06 round would penetrate that like butter

  • @111dogon555 There is no vest made that will protect against rifle rounds. what he's testing is Level IIIA threats up to and including 44. mag.

For anything above that you need a carrier that supports rifle plates made of pressed kevlar or ceramic mix. They come in various sizes. You can insert a small rifle plate in the front of some Level IIIA vests.

You don't seem to know very much about body armor...

  • use an ak it will easily penitrate

  • @TheAlexagius indeed

  • 7.62x25

  • try a 5.7X28mm round.

  • That does not sound like a .357 magnum. (typing as I watch) Most powerful handgun, no.. That is also not a .44 magnum sound. That is not a .45 sound. I am guessing they're packing the rounds lighter than the standard they're supplied for. That is not a normal shotgun sound either.... What the hell? Compare the sounds to other videos guys, you'll see what I mean.

  • @Vydonis sorry dude, but I doubt your expert hearing abilities, being able to distinguish between calibers....between a rifle, shotgun or pistol yeah....but "nah that wasn't a .45 that was a 9mm"...no

  • Why didn't htey use that AMD65 sitting on the table? Oh yeah, that's right. Because it would go right through it! LOL!

  • They should make this armor such that it covers every part of the body.

  • @Zelrio28 if they made this armor for the whole body it would be too heavy to move with.

  • @legolegolego101 Plus it won't stop rifles just handguns/smgs

  • @Zelrio28 They do but its not for bullets. Its for bomb. IED's. It is a EOD suit.
