I've been practicing yoga for years and found myself on a lovely plateau. A local acupuncturist offered qigong classes which lead me to these videos. My instructor learned from Master Li and shares some indepth knowledge of qi activity. This class and Master Li's Healing Qigong Part 1 & 2 have radically altered many aspects of my life with very Good stuff!

today is my first time learning and trying Qigong. I can't stop smiling and laughing while I do it. I was in such a bad mood today,this completly changed it.Thank you so much for the video.It has helped me.
I can't go a day without feeling energy and at least shifting stop light timing or the wind everyonce and a while. Practice makes perfect. I wanna go to the beach again sometime too. Do some wave shifting.

Doctors really need to get over the quick fix pill which I refuse to take by the way. The feeling of inner peace and calm spirited is very nice and amazing! Anyone who thinks I might try it.. Well please do, you will feel grounded again like you never thought possible :) Peace to all..
i copied as i watched this, but while i'm mimicking it (very crudely) all the arteries in my arms flared up and surfaced the skin. About 10 seconds after stopping they sank back into the arms. I suppose this is normal?
When doing the movements the qi moves in the body and when the qi moves, the blood moves, thus increasing circulation. It's a very healing qigong. Try doing fewer repetitions or just watch, imagining that you are moving.
