  • the volunteers at childline are amazing. they are my heroes. i want to volunteer there when im older. they have saved my life and i am still in contact with them and have files there. donate as much as you can because this amazing work not only saves lives, but helps children feel so much less alone.

  • Have you seen the other advert? Y'know the new one...we watched it in class and laughed so much - including the teacher - when the girl said "It broke when my dad threw it at my head" Haha...BTW it was a teacup. LOL

  • i'd just like to point out I KNOW THAT GIRL her name is caitlin lunn and she is absolutley the BEST but shes not abused by her parents so its alright... but she is a prostitute so ye just search her on google you;ll probs find some saucy photos

    luv her

  • here she is mmm caitlin

    so saucy

  • i was so scared to call childline that i put down the phone..

  • @ILOVEYOUMANWHORE if you still need to, then you dont need to call. theres this chat thing like msn that i go on a lot. the counsellors at childline are amazing and they keep files on you so that when you go online you dont start from scratch. you need to create an account, but typing isnt as scary as talking. well not for me anyway.

  • why would anyone prank call childline!??? It is sick!

4,000 (approx.) children a day call Childline daily, but only 2000 (approx.) of those calls get through, due to lack of funding! If you have stupid, low-life prank callers calling in, some child is going to go another day in despair, because of noone to talk to! Think about that! What if a friend of yours was trying to get through, but they couldnt! Because someone was prank calling! What it would do to them!

  • @kitkat22xox I know! If you're gonna prank call any -line, do it to Sexline...it's so fucking funny! We did it at school last year...or rather @stephenng9 did...still hate'ya Stephen...

  • Childline are an awesome service

  • I called em and they told me to tell the teacher. I did so and what happened it got worse and its still happening to me to this day.

  • I called them once because my problems got really bad. My mum had told me they just take you off into care straight away and you lose your family. It turned out she was all wrong. They are people who listen to you when you need someone to talk to, you can be heard and speak out. You don't have to tell them ANY personal information, not even your first name.

  • @Friennds4eva Thats what my mum says to me. She says if i tell anyone anything then i am going to get taken away so im too scared to say anything

  • @LilMisscrazyHolz no sweetie you should say something. is SHE the one who is doing things to you? if you hav got a personal phone u can quickly call them, you know they don't tell a soul what you say to them if you don't want to? so you can just talk to them and not bottle it up. she's probably just scared of you being taken into care and she is shown as a bad mother. that's what my mother's like.

  • @Friennds4eva no! she don't hurt me. It's just the things she says to me but I know she don't mean them.

  • How the F**k can you say that!!!!! How would you feel if you were in there shoes! All these children are innocent and dont deserve the s**t they get!!! P***K!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @MrThornton23 lol now thats trolling

  • um, i used there online service and it never helped, it made me feel more worried

  • ive rang childline once before, trust me it helps you feel alot better. dont be afraid

  • ive called once but they never helped, they never believed me :/

  • really? O.O They are meant to believe anything =O

What was it you said? x

  • We may not have enough money to give but we can help still. If we see a child hurt or see something that is not right, please speak up. Some children are too small to phone for help, we need to be their eyes and ears and most of all we need to make that call for them. Giving money won't stop it, and make it go away. Asking questions and making the call will, "Make it Stop". Somewhere out there is a child who is counting on you, please don't let them down.

  • i have phoned them about a big problem, and i needed someone to talk to. they helped me, and made me feel really calm.

  • I listened to a childline radio advert for an ICT project. It just scared me so badly...

  • i have only ever phoned them when i was in a need of matter i have never prank called them people that do that need a life

  • im not going to phone them i dont do things like that
