How cool is that. The Big Green Egg is an awesome grill. Your chicken looked super too. I love grilled chicken, can't be beat. Did you use any smoke wood or just the plain lump charcoal?
@mrshawn16 The primo's are great too. At the competitions lots of people are using them. There are a lot of ceramic cookers on the market. Good to have variety.
