the regular 08-09 RZR's have a clutch spacer that acts as a speed limiter, which will only allow them to go 55mph...it takes about 15 minutes to remove the spacer and up your top speed to 63mph or so. The RZR-S doesn't have the spacer, and the 2010 regular RZR doesn't have it anymore either...so they will do low-mid 60's stock.
