The GPU in the system used for this video, it's an nVidia GeForce 9400M. Both the white MacBook and the unibody MacBook models of the time used that GPU. The first version of the 13" MacBook Pro also used the 9400M if I'm not mistaken as it was just a rebadged unibody MacBook. I remember being able to get over 100 frames/sec on my white MacBook. Then Blizzard changed the requirements again and I couldn't get above 60.

PCs are cheaper, but in all of my experience Macs are much more reliable and the OS is a lot more user friendly and smoother. My MacBook costed... $1100 or so? And I can run WoW at 60 FPS on medium and high settings, and in the 5 yrs I've had it I haven't had a single problem with it besides the disc drive not working, but shit happens when you drop it on the ground and warp it :P

@JimmyKemmel This has to be a laptop= The graphics card is integrated to the motherboard, or it's only a graphics chip instead of a card= Shared memory= Severe lag in most cases. Only the most expensive laptops can run game easily maxed, at least from what I've seen.

umm if its a 13 inch its only using the 9400 chip set and prob 2 gig ram.. if he had 15 inch or 17 inch it would run @ 60 fps on ultra because it would be min 4 gig ram or if upgraded 8 gig ram with a 9600 gt 512 card
