if you read the books: dragon age the stolen throne, it tells all about loghain and king maric and you actually start to feel like loghain isnt a bad guy! i read the books before playing the game and i almost felt bad for loghain XD

in dragon age: the calling, you find out who the architect is, who that corrupted dwarf is, and who alistair's mother was. its an exciting book ^-^

Assuming of course in your profile that you had him as king :P. I love storylines that let your previous decisions shine through in the next game. Bioware is really becoming quite ingenious at making games where the line between good and bad is hard to determine, and the consequences of your actions in the game become real. I was very disappointed with the entire Fable series by comparison where they emphasize the differences like black and white, and its so linear...

hello everyone :) lol, i have a question which needs answering please, do you know in dragon age origins after you have defeated the ending boss and you get returned to your party camp after to complete any DLC you have but you can't do your remaining side quests or go to locations like Denerim, well in awakening after you complete it can you still go to towns and cities and do side quests unlike the original?, thank you :)

Will it bug itself in some way? I want to know before I make a character, if it works I'd like to choose a new hairstyle. If not I'll go with a default one.

u cant really lose if u are playing with a blood mage/arcane warrior/battle mage. i had to solo almost all of the bosses in the game cuz the boss almost one shotted my allys. i even soloed the last boss=P only thing where i needed my allys is when i was being attacked my masses of enemies. i generally died only like 4-5 times^^

@darklordkai1 No. You can import your character from the original game, or start anew, but (like Mass Effect 2) if you start new, it automatically assumes what decisions you made in the first, where an imported profile will have Awakening 'shaped' to the way the original game turned out with that profile.

just finished the game...even though its nice, its just didnt felt epic like the original origins.

the ending was like "ok...so we finished? oh...so..now what?" when in the original was like "OMFG THIS IS SO EPIC!!! I NEED TO DO THIS AGAIN!!!".

allso the companions were kinda...not so easy to connect to like in the original. you didnt really felt anything in the end when someone died or left you.

i duno...felt like a half-assed DLC. and i want to kill them for not giving any info on morrigan!

@pannari123 It's absolutely useless to play this first. You'll get used to easy gameplay, don't get few things and mostly you will loot equipment with stats so high it's boringly easy. So don't ever start DLC until you've played origins
