Blizzard Already did this kind of mistake in WoW when player with level 85 were soloing raid bosses from lower instances( DK soloing Yogg Saron) which more looked ridiculous than awesome. Besides uber tristram was accessable to those who were playing battle net, back then I didn't had access to net, and when I had I really didn't felt like playing b-net.

As for Michael slaying Satan, Revelation says he leads an attack against Satan. Doesn't say he beats him 1-on-1 ;) And he doesn't slay him. He chains him up and throws him into a pit.
