All of them are good things to know but #4 is a little iffy when it comes to legal action. They can tell the customer that legal action could "possibly" be the next step, but not tell the customer that it "will" result in legal action.
I worked in collections for a fortune 500 company but they were very strict about collectors following the law so as to not get into any legal troubles.
