Let's be honest here, Disney lost it long ago.

this was probably a Last-minute plea for money so that they wouldn't go out of business. I would have to agree with you about the part that they shouldn't get involved, Like the partnership between Google and Youtube. I absolutely doubt this due to the fact that The super hero squad TV show is now plaguing our screens. I thought It was a stupid move and that Marvel should never have accepted it for fear of them running it into the ground.
