  • the queens used the cards to reveal to me the secrets of the future, a place populated by nothing but ninjas. on my internets? unlikely!

  • Awesome!!! Favorite boss music in the game!! Thanks for uploading it! They should seriously bring those guys back in the modern Ninja Gaiden games.

  • Quick and maybe silly question - this boss wouldn't have been the inspiration for SF2 Vega??? Just think about it - mask, claws, mediterrinian style...

  • @TTiger75 you may be right. But don't forget that in SF1, we had Geki, a Japanese ninja with a similar claw and shurikens.

  • Remember the first time encountering this boss. First thought: omg this guy is huge. Second: oh sh... its three of them.

Best tune of the game imho.

  • This track is badass and is otherwise my favorite in the game, excluding the Level Six "Humming of the Devil" main track.

This masked trio is among my favorite "boss characters" in a video game. They are especially lethal when you face them the second time near the end of Level Six; one hit from either of them and you lose a life.

That's why I never got past them since if you opt to continue after losing your lives, you pick up about midway through the level. Tough, but not frustrating.

  • This brings back memories for an old Dragon.

  • I also have the Ninja Gaiden/Ryukenden soundtrack too. If anyone wants me to upload the remaining tracks to complete it, let me know and I'll do it.

I also got "Nature's Symphony", which is the level four track to the "Ninja Ryukenden" arcade in Japan only. It's different than "The Sun Rises Over the Hills" track on our level four of "Ninja Gaiden". If anybody wants that as well, I'll upload it.

  • @warriorsorochiman Hell yeah! Upload 'em, man!

  • @BrianBeeby The "Nature's Symphony" video is been uploaded, guys, so check it out.

  • @warriorsorochiman Thanks! It sounds FAR better than the rock-themed riff used in the American arcade release!

  • UNFORGETTABLE

  • Good stuff. But you have to upload the rest of it!

  • DieinFire, I can't thank you enough for uploading the NG arcade tunes. It's about time somebody did them! I loved these tunes since I 1st placed this in late '88!

This is also one of my faves from the arcade. I also loved the final stage music as well as the final boss tune.

They really struck a chord, as did the ancient & Nostradamus art in the background of that stage.
