Look at my other Somapa videos and you will see that non-Thai also appreciate classical and folk dancing. At least half of the dancers, however, were either born in Thailand, or are of Thai ancestry, US-born, and have trained since they were very little with some of the best teachers in Thailand.
For some reason, this is the dance that has been getting the most hits on my channel this year, people seem to really like it. I wonder if it is because they are also trying to learn the dance.

I believe it is the same name as the dance "Serng Pong Lang" but I can try to confirm this, as I know there is more than one version of this song.
