@NutHouseCartoons This movie is old maybe from the 80s or 70s from what i see. Back then the rating system was different. They didnt have pg-13. Another movie that was rated wrong was JAWS that movie is rated Pg when we all obviously know it shoul've gotten a pg 13. That and back then it was not normal to have movies about sex and all. I saw this movie and it was rated R when there was nothing wrong with it ecept the language

@lee3051 Actually, the movie was made in 2004. If you watch a lot of John Water's films you'll notice he likes to set up a retro feel, for his movies. The MPAA wanted to cut out so many scenes and lines from the movie, that John Waters just decided to give in to the NC-17 rating. So, this movie has two versions available. One rated R (which is sold in most stores) and the NC-17 version. The MPAA are just as concerned with 'Parent Watch Groups' complaining about movie content as TV stations are.

Had some friends in it and that was part of the reason I went to see it. Plus, I really like Waters. The only thing sad about it is that John seemed to be trying to recapture his glory days with all the over-the-top risque humor but he's gotten so big now that it is very tame compared to his old stuff. He's a big name now so he couldn't get away with being as delightfully filthy as he was in his days of obscurity. I guess you really can't go home again. Even in Baltimore.

This movie is about a middle aged lady who gets clunked on the head and becomes a sex maniac, and all the neigbors are outraged and up in arms because of her immorality...I remember something like that happened like that in real life, but it DID NOT FUCKING HAPPEN IN THE *NORTHERN* CITY OF BALTIMORE, MARYLAND...it happened in, what place, oh right...It happened in Rural Georgia!
