And the Libyans knew strikes were coming in after requesting help, and to expect combat with minor collateral damage. Civilian casualties were very minimal. And the Libyans knew strikes were coming in after requesting help, and to expect combat with minor collateral damage. Civilian casualties were very minimal. War is a state of a nation (which is enacted when declaring war), but is also often used loosely for a general fight against something; don't mix up the 2 terms.

@DarkOm3ga The reason Libya is a target is because they have their own central bank and ample amounts of stockpiled gold and of course, natural resources such as oil. Obama uses the "humanitarian" excuse to justify bullying Libya, a sovereign nation who should be allowed to have their own form of government and religious beliefs, even if they are different from those that we have here in America.
