A person with anorexia isn't necessarily doing what they do because they admire thin people, rather they have depression or other existing disorders that cause them to believe they don't deserve to eat or live.

@Eveljna oh, and i forgot to mention obsessive exercise is a prime symptom of anorexia nervosa. I worked out 3 hours a day, at the ward I lived in there was a 12-year old girl who, before getting hospitalised, would do starjumps for up to 6 hours at once.
