Cuddy is always going to have an obligation to him as his boss. I think that would only cause unneeded complication to the show.
great vid - unfortunately memories may be all thats left now as the writers have already said that in season 4 they will be pushing house and cuddy - way more people want house and cameron so it may be a big mistake on their part.
