There's no way to tell who the people in the video are, the resolution is terrible. Some things to think about: 1) How can we be sure the young girl is even walking WITH the older woman, maybe it's somebody just passing by. 2) I would say that Tori was taken by someone she knows. Most child abducters are known by the child. 3) I don't think the mother did it, Tori's mother is too vocal, in the media too much. I would think a guilty mother would shy away from the public.

It was longer then 2 hours my friend.. and those 2 +hours ment alot. plus her demenour was abnormal as such as a distraught parents would normally be. ulltimatly.. it was enough to prevent an Amber Alert from being put out immediatly. A parent reporting a missing child " out of charactor" In the long run.. a Amber Alert should ALWAYS be put out when a small child go,s missing. She was 8.The cops were wrong and the mother should have shown ALOT more concern and insisted on an Amber Alert as it was out of her daughters charactor. On the 8th of April EVERYTHING went wrong.and yes... her parents are partially to blame for that. What happened to Karl Homolka & Paul Bernardo may happen to these two-the woman gets out earlier for agreeing to testify against the man.

Bernardo to this day spends his days in a segregated cell with a cable tv package which most of us cannot afford. I will not even mention Homolka. Oxford Police should answer for the way they handled the early part of the investigation. Their excuse for not issuing the "Amber Alert" is so pathetic, if not for the OPP they would still be denying that Tori was abducted.

The abductor's jacket seems to have a dark diagonal stripe across the back...not sure what that is? Definitely a strong stride to her walk and a noticeable counterswing in her right arm as she walked.
Close to the end of the vid it almost seemed as though Tori was lagging a bit, not struggling but almost not keeping up with abductor who then suddenly seems to pull her along. What a nightmare. Definitely hope this case gets solved very very soon.

There's no way to tell who the people in the video are, the resolution is terrible. Some things to think about: 1) How can we be sure the young girl is even walking WITH the older woman, maybe it's somebody just passing by. 2) I would say that Tori was taken by someone she knows. Most child abducters are known by the child. 3) I don't think the mother did it, Tori's mother is too vocal, in the media too much. I would think a guilty mother would shy away from the public.

the fact that an amber alert wasn't issued is total and complete incompetence. No one knows if the adult whispered or said, "I have a knife, I have a gun, act natural, don't make a scene.etc..." Person standing with child in video thinks nothing of it. Possible custody issues. The police sketch bares a striking resemblance to Tori's mom. if you google earth the mapping of what they say in the video you can see that the street near by is Watler street which is a dead end street with a fairly empty space at the end of it. But I am sure the person did not walk forever with her. The person had to have a car somewhere to drive away in...

Who is the person seen waiting for their child in this video, you see them standing there when the kidnapper walks by, then you see a kid following them run up to their parent?? who is the kid and what did they see and who is the parent and what did they see?? and it also looks like just as the video ends the kidnapper crosses the street what is across the street and is there video to have a look at from across the street ?? just a thought ?? anything that might help just get the ball rolling

This is a small town and things like this don't happen there...these kids are not prepared with street smarts like the kids in Toronto are. That's why it doesn't matter that she went willingly with the woman, she could have been told anything and would have believed it most likely. My guess is these people are pros - they have planned this - there is more than one person involved and they are not keeping her close to home because its too much of a heat score. Have you looked in London?

you are right bunny, kids in Toronto are very smart and almost paranoid because their parents keep telling them about the dangers on the street. Kids in small towns are not used to these kind of things. And the mounsters who did this know that very well. There can be a mafia involved here or a pedophile ring (god forbid) Detectives should do inteligence work, more than searching. They have informers. This doesn't look like a simple abduction.

The 2 people walking behind them. One looks like an adult male and the other looks like a child running with a backpack. The adult male must have seen this woman with Tori, they walked right past them. does anyone know if the cops questioned them?

this is ridiculous.. they dont even know if thats her let alone who the adult is.. odds are if she's still in woodstock she's not alive, otherwise she's probably half way to mexico by now..quit looking for a body in woodstock and start widening the search area..i know it sounds bad but the body isn't going anywhere in a hurry, so they might as well use this critical time to find her alive.
